After 4 years we have best relations to amazing and unique artist all over the world, so we proudly can offer you selected limited and unlimited fine-art-prints as well as original artworks and furthermore apparel, books and other stylish products in our store - feel free to check it out!
What kind of prints will I get?
The prints we offer are mostly fine-art prints or in special cases screenprints, detailed informations you’ll find in the description of the products. All pictures you can see in the store are digitalized and depending to the screen you use there can be little variations in color to the the goods you´ll receive. Please consider that this is not a case of customer complaint.
Where is Castle Onlinestore located?
We are currently based in Germany, but networking with artist all around the world - Europe, the US and Japan.
Shipping
We ship worldwide, for detailed informations check out the shipping costs of the item you want to order in your shopping cart, there you’ll find the shipping charge to your country. Regularly we or the artist ship the product shortly after payment is received.
Payment
The easiest and even the fastest way to pay is via PayPal. This is why we offer PayPal as the only payment option on Castleshop. You are able to pay directly after checkout. Shortly after we have received your payment we will send your itmes your way or tell the artist to send it, if he has the piece in stock by himself.
Pricing
Our prices are in US Dollars only. PayPal will automatically convert it into your currency.
Refunds and Returns
Please contact us if you received damaged goods. If your order has not arrived within two weeks of purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
